Who are we

BIEN NETTOYER is a subsidiary of GROUPE BIEN specialized in cleaning, collection and waste management. It mainly serves households and institutions based in the North of Haïti.

Mission

• Collect, pick up and manage garbage produced by institutions, particularly in Cap-Haitian and its surroundings.
• Raising awareness among the people of Cap-Haïtian and its surroundings of sorting and responsible management of household waste for a healthy city that is accessible to all its inhabitants and visitors.

Vision

• Get rid of the waste from the streets in the North department and contribute continuously to the well-being of the population by always providing solutions in all matters related to waste management and recovery.

Team

In order to fulfill its mission and respond correctly to its commitments to the customers, BIEN Nettoyer has a competent, dynamic team, and is concerned about a well done job. This team is composed of a management board (Board of Directors of 3 members + 1 Executive Director) ensuring the management and leadership of the Company, a sales team composed of a sales administrator and several sellers who are in charge of the service offer on the field in order to increase the customer base, as well as the customer service and the debt collection, an operations center which organizes and manages the field operations, recovers the bags of garbage according to the daily itinerary. BIEN Nettoyer has about twenty employees to date.
